Update from India
_Mr. Buduhan A trip to India: perspectives from one student's travels By Roland Buduhan on Wednesday, November 12, 2008
I received a message from our student in India. Here are some highlights from the message:

Greetings from India!

Thank you Mr. Buduhan, for taking this initiative and for helping me stay connected with my classmates back in Canada.
I am very excited to be here in India and meet all of my relatives after 4 years!

After a tiring flight of 28 hours, we finally reached the New Dehli airport.

The next day we had to get all our luggage un-packed. I thought the day went by so quickly.

What major things have been happening at school while I have been here? I am having a terrific time here in New Dehli and I hope you are all also having a good time.

NM

Do you have any questions about India or New Delhi that you would like to ask? Post your comments here!

United States of America elect new president!
_Mr. Buduhan Internet awareness By Roland Buduhan on Thursday, November 06, 2008

Our neighbours to the south, the United States of America, have elected a new president: Barrack Obama.

This is a historic event for that country, as it is the first time an African-American person has been elected as the American president.

What do you think of the American election results? Did you follow the campaign and see all the television advertisements?

Did you know that Mr. Obama used technology a lot during his campaign? His team used text messages, webpages, blogs, and even Youtube to get people to vote.
