Students compose and record songs that teach about how to stop bullying!

Students worked with Ms. Kives, Junior School Guidance Counselor, to compose rap songs that teach other students about strategies to prevent bullying. Their songs are based on the students' personal experiences.

Hunter was recently recognized as one of the top players in her league, and had an opportunity to play at the MTS Centre!

Grade 1 enrichment song about family celebrations

Each family is unique and different.  We can learn about each other's culture and traditions by finding out how they celebrate special days with their families. Grade 5 Atom-2 Hockey Team: Special Report

I had the opportunity to watch our Grade 5 Hockey Team play on November 22, 2008.

Grade 4/5 Enrichment videos about preventing bullying

Students in the Grade 4 and 5 Enrichment program have created videos to help teach other students about preventing bullying. The students worked with the school counsellor Ms. Kives and learned about strategies people can use to stop bullying. Students then created scripts and filmed short movies to teach these strategies. It is our hope that other students may learn how to deal with bullying by watching these videos.
